We use meditation & hypnosis techniques in our bedtime anxiety soother sessions, guided sleep meditations to induce a sense of calm within your mind and body and to help focus your attention away from life's stresses at bedtime. Guided sleep visualization works the same way, but calls on you to focus on calming mental images which also help you relax and let go. Research shows that this can ultimately improve both your emotional well-being and your overall health, e.g., reduce heart rate & blood pressure, reduce negative thoughts & emotions, and improve sleep quality.
We use hypno-therapeutic techniques to create the same response, but often we include hypnotic suggestions to unlock your ability to relax and fall asleep, and also encourage you, through positive suggestion, to find creative and effective ways to improve your sleep.
