Clare has been working since 2016 as a counselling psychotherapist and hypnotherapist supporting people struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma. Clare was trained as a Pluralistic therapist and has worked predominantly using a person-centred humanistic and a
solution-focused approach (SFBT).
Despite a plethora of advice and support available on the internet about bedtime anxiety, Clare found that there lacked one single HUB
focusing on bedtime (sleep and nighttime) anxiety relief.
Consequently, Clare launched Sleep Like a Log in 2023.
Back in the 1980s, Clare studied music at Guildhall School of Music, London and her love and understanding of music lead her to develop Hypnotic Choreographed Audio (HCA), which describes how the background music and voiceover in her audio work have been edited in a 'choreographed' way to create a greater hypnotic and sleep-ifying experience! Clare's experience as a counsellor, hypnotherapist and musician are combined to create an effective remedial approach to reducing anxiety and bedtime anxiety.
