I was googling one day, and found SLAL. The articles resonated with me, and I decided to try the sleep meditations. Each night, I listened to a different meditation designed to soothe anxiety and promote relaxation.
Over time, I noticed a significant change—I could finally fall asleep without my thoughts spiraling out of control. I now wake up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day, and I can honestly say that your meditations have transformed my relationship with both sleep and anxiety. I feel calmer and more balanced than ever.

I recently had the pleasure of listening to a sleep podcast, and I must say I started to relax straight away from the moment I got into bed. What impressed me the most was the variety of content offered in the podcast. I love how the topics and the approach changes.
This sleep podcast has become a part of my nightly routine.
